Staff Architect; Mildred has extensive experience with several project delivery methods. She is passionate about solving problems through the processes of design, coordination and quality control of construction documents while understanding their unique characteristics and requirements. Her focus is to integrate innovative and effective solutions and assist the design team, clients and users to identify priorities and goals.
Her problem solving process carefully studies the symbiotic relationship between building systems, budget and schedule constraints (and potentials), construction documentation coordination and the user’s need for a facility that will achieve the highest level of performance. Mildred strongly believes that the best way to resolve a problem is to prevent it through communication, coordination, research and proactive approach to challenges.
