Senior Staff Architect; Bob offers an unmatched history in architectural involvement with notable local and regional public buildings, as well as facilities in the healthcare and communications fields, obtained over the past several decades. Bob earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Texas in Austin, and was formerly a principal in the architectural firm of Stevens, Mallory, Pearl and Campbell-now SMPC. He is a former member and chairman of the NM Board of Examiners for Architects, and has gained a professional reputation and expertise in Contract Document preparation, Construction Specifications, Construction Administration and Observation, as well as Quality Assurance.
